Membership and Benefits

Membership in RUSI (NS) is open to serving and retired members of the Canadian Forces, RCMP, DFO and Canadian Coast Guard, distinguished members of the community in addition to representatives of business and industry as well as other interested individuals.

Members can:

• Receive briefings and participate in discussions on pertinent defence and related issues.
• Take part in tours, seminars, and other RUSI supported activities.
• Enjoy use of military messes and facilities for RUSI meetings and Social activities in the Halifax area, and visiting privileges at the other institutes across Canada.

The current membership fee is $35.00 paid annually in December or upon joining. For membership and related information, contact the Secretary, Peter Dawson (902) 488-7660 or any member of the Executive.
